TBT Signals Strategy

TBT Signals are proprietary trading signals developed by The Better Traders, designed to help crypto traders automate and optimize entries using DCA bots via 3Commas, Altrady, or any other trading platform as long as it supports webhooks. With a strong focus on risk-managed growth and reliable performance, this strategy empowers traders to ride market momentum with greater confidence.

What are TBT Signals?

TBT Signals are automated trading alerts based on an algorithm that analyzes market conditions to provide buy signals. They have been operating since November 2020 and cover both:

• USD pairs (recommended for most users)
• BTC pairs (higher risk, higher reward)

The signals are not based on guesswork but on years of testing and real-world results. You can view historical performance on the P&L Reports page, which shows both positive and challenging months — an honest reflection of live market conditions.

📊 Some months are flat (0% gain), while others exceed 8% returns. Month-over-month performance is positive on average.

How TBT Signals Work

The signals:

• Are generated based on market conditions and specific rules built into the algorithm
• Are pushed to your connected bot in 3Commas, Altrady or other trading platform that supports the webhooks
• Trigger a DCA bot to enter trades automatically

TBT Signals are not high-frequency, meaning they don’t trigger daily trades. Instead, they wait for ideal setups to appear, which reduces overtrading and helps you focus on quality entries.

Deployment Options

These signals can be deployed in two different ways: 

Out of the box by choosing TBT Signals as a deal start condition in 3Commas or Altrady. Note that if you're using this deployment form then you're limited to using only the trading platforms where the signals are available as a deal start condition. At the moment these are 3Commas and Altrady. This deployment option also limits you to the exchanges that are supported by TBT as a signal provider for these two platforms. This means that if you're trading on one of these platforms on an exchange that is not supported by us as a signal provider, then you won't receive the signals even though you have connected an exchange that is supported by the trading platform itself.

TradingView based solution. By using our proprietary TradingView tools to send the alerts to a trading platform bot you can bypass any limitation that out of the box solution has. This means you can push the TBT signals to any trading platform (as long as it supports the webhooks) and can trade on any exchange that is supported by the trading platform. Also, this allows you to use any stablecoin as a quote currency, whether it's USD, USDT, BUSD, EUR or some other stablecoin.

What services/tools I need in order to run the TBT Signals strategy?

It depends on the deployment option.

Out of the box requires you to have an account with a trading platform like 3Commas or Altrady as TBT Signals are available for free as a deal start condition for DCA bots. However, in order to run the signals you will most likely need a paid plan. The plan you need on either of the platform depends on your requirements i.e. how many bots/deals you would like to run simultaneously. As we have no control over these trading platforms, this is something you have to check on their respective websites.

Having a crypto exchange account that is supported both by the trading platform and our signals is a must if you wish to use this deployment solution.

TradingView based solution gives you a lot more freedom but it means you need access to multiple services:

• TBT Club Starter tier (or higher) subscription
• TradingView account on a paid plan due to limitations of the free plan imposed by TradingView company itself.
• Trading platform account. The plan you need on your platform of choice depends on your requirements i.e. how many bots/deals you would like to run simultaneously.
• Crypto exchange account on which you want to trade on. Make sure it's supported by the trading platform.

📌 Tips for Success

• Use stablecoin pairs for more consistent performance, especially in bearish or sideways markets.
• BTC pairs are more volatile and should be used only with an understanding of market cycles.
• Track your results and don’t panic if a month is flat — it's normal.
