Overview
When you purchase a course or subscribe to a service from The Better Traders, you receive a confirmation email containing a unique URL to access that specific product. While these individual links work perfectly, keeping track of multiple emails and URLs can quickly become inconvenient — especially if you own several courses or services.
The good news is that you can access everything you've purchased from a single page, without needing to dig through old emails or save individual links.
Access All Your Products From One Page
Simply navigate to the following URL:
https://www.thebettertraders.com/courses
This is your central access portal. Once you log in with your registered email address and password, you will see all the courses and services tied to your account — whether it's a course like 15 Minutes to Financial Freedom, The Smarter Trader, or a subscription service like TBT Club.
Understanding the Course Icons
Once you're logged in, you'll notice that each course or service displays a small icon in the top-right corner of its thumbnail. These icons tell you your access status at a glance:
- 🟢 Green key icon — You have access to this course or service. Click on it to open the content.
- 🔴 Red lock icon — You do not have access to this course or service. You would need to purchase it to unlock it.
No more searching through emails for individual access links. Everything is in one place — and you can immediately see what you own and what's available.
How to Log In
- Go to https://www.thebettertraders.com/courses
- Click the person icon in the top-right corner to open the login form.
- Enter your email address — this must be the same email you used when you made your purchase or signed up for the service.
- Enter your password — this was included in the confirmation email you received after your purchase.
- Click "Log In" to access your dashboard.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can't remember your password or the original login credentials from the confirmation email no longer work, you can easily reset it:
- Go to https://www.thebettertraders.com/courses
- Click the person icon in the top-right corner to open the login form.
- Click "Forgot password?" at the bottom-right of the login form.
- Enter your registered email address, then click the "Reset password" button.
- Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the password reset email.
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Not Receiving the Password Reset Email?
If you requested a password reset but did not receive the email (even after checking your spam or junk folder), the most likely reason is that email communications from our system are blocked for your account.
This happens when the "I would like to receive future communications" option was not selected during your original registration. Our platform (Kartra) treats this as an opt-out, which prevents it from sending any emails to your address — including system emails like password resets.
How to Fix This
- Go to https://www.thebettertraders.com/
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page until you see the "Signup to our Newsletter" form.
- Enter your registered email address (the same one you used to make your purchase).
-
Check both boxes:
- ☑ "I would like to receive future communications"
- ☑ "I agree to the GDPR Terms & Conditions"
- Click "Join Newsletter" to submit the form.
Make sure both checkboxes are checked before submitting:
After completing this step, go back to the courses portal and try the "Forgot password?" process again. You should now receive the password reset email.
Tips to Avoid Access Issues
- Bookmark the portal: Save https://www.thebettertraders.com/courses in your browser's bookmarks for quick access anytime.
- Use the correct email: Make sure you're logging in with the exact email address you used at the time of purchase. A common issue we see is customers accidentally using a different email address.
-
Double-check for typos: If you made a typo in your email address during registration (e.g.,
.cpminstead of.com), you may not receive any emails from us. In that case, please contact our support team so we can correct it for you. - Check spam/junk folders: Password reset and login emails can sometimes end up in spam. If you don't see them in your inbox, check there first.
- Clear your browser cache: If the page isn't loading properly or you're stuck in a login loop, try clearing your cookies or using a different browser.
Frequently Asked Questions
